Why Verdant?
When I established Verdant, my ambition was to create something meaningfully different from a traditional warehouse or service provider. I wanted clients to experience a personal, one-on-one relationship—where we understand their challenges, contribute ideas and take ownership of making their work easier.
Innovation and creativity remain at the heart of that vision. We continuously look beyond the immediate instruction to find better solutions, simplify processes and bring more of the tea supply chain together under one accountable partner.
Our next chapter is about taking this further: automating processes, strengthening our systems and facilities, investing in new capabilities and using technology to deliver greater visibility, speed and control.
Every task entrusted to Verdant is accepted as a challenge to solve. Even against strict deadlines, our first instinct is not to say no—it is to find the responsible, practical way forward.
This is the culture we impress upon every member of our team: provide dedicated support, apply technical know-how, take ownership and deliver client satisfaction.
In-house export desk
Our shipping and customs teams coordinate the complete export-clearance process and stay closely connected with shipping lines to protect bookings, track vessels and meet critical documentation and port cutoffs.
